Dr. Justin Fontenot is a Louisiana-based nurse, Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and the Associate Editor of the journal Teaching and Learning in Nursing. In addition, Dr. Fontenot is a board-certified Nurse Executive Advanced, the author of numerous publications, and sits on various nursing boards. Dr. Fontenot's research interests and passions are diversity, equity, inclusion for LGBTQIA+ populations, critical thinking in pre-licensure nursing students, and clinical pedagogy.
